Ingredients required to Prepare this delicious dish
2. Soaked rice at least for 30-40 minutes(4 tablespoons)
3. Dry red chili
4. Cloves
5. Garlic
6. Green Chilly
7. Chaat Masala powder (1 pinch, optional )
8. Turmeric Powder (1 pinch )
9. Mustard oil
10. Salt(as per requirement)
11. water (as per requirement )
Cut out the lower part /sepal of the flower
Wash the flowers gently and pat them dry on a paper napkin.
Grind the ingredients like garlic, green chili, red chili,
and cumin seeds, and prepare a smooth batter of medium consistency.
Add salt, and a pinch of turmeric powder to the batter and
mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
Take one flower, dip it into the batter and place it on the
pan.
Follow the same steps for the rest of the flowers.
Cook it for 2 minutes till it turns crispy on one side then
flip and cook the other side.
Fry till both sides of the flower become crispy.
You may sprinkle chaat masala over it for a better taste.
